I offer various types of client-centred counselling approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness, emotion-focused, and motivational interviewing.
As I am committed to making counselling as accessible as possible, I provide a sliding scale to assist those who would otherwise not be able to afford counselling, and special rates for full-time students and low income freelancers. Please contact me to learn more.
My fees are covered by most extended health insurance providers and are tax deductible. Unfortunately, counselling fees are not covered by OHIP.
